Our Process:

Schematic Design

Initial design phase. Includes requirement gathering, property analysis, preliminary sketches and modeling.

Design Development

Materials, fixtures and materials are selected. Includes revised sketches, preliminary engineering and system design.

Construction Documents

Multiple sketches are finalized and submitted for approval. Utility hookups are selected or scheduled.

Bidding

Contractors bid on the job or are hired directly. Our architects guide and advise you through the process.

Construction Observation

Our architects check on construction progress, review contractor invoices and answer questions.
