Lakeville Home

Lakeville is a beautiful area, named for nearby Lake Gorman, surrounded by trees and abundant with wildlife. We were given the challenge of creating a 2800 square foot, elevated, multi-level, modern home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and lower level parking.

Our clients envisioned a home with natural wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and a “cabin” aesthetic. We were able to create a modern, functional, open-plan home while preserving a traditional feel in harmony with the surrounding beauty.

 
 
 

CASE STUDY

Atwood Place

Atwood Place is a large luxury apartment complex in south west Atwood. Previously an industrial district, we were presented with the challenge of transforming the space into a high-end residential area. This included 120 one, two and three bedroom apartments of varying sizes.

Our clients wanted luxury and convenience with a “resort” aesthetic. We were able to create a design that is both functional and attractive, with outdoor recreational areas, gardens, water features, a gym and two large swimming pools.
